Wayne Leung has a general corporate practice. Wayne represents companies and business owners with a wide range of issues including preparing commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, structuring business and real estate transactions.

Wayne brings extensive international business and real estate transaction experience to the firm. He spent 16 years in real estate private equity working in acquisitions, asset management, and in-house counsel capacities. During this time, Wayne helped execute more than US$3 billion worth of real estate transactions, which included investments in residential, hotel, resort, office, and retail projects. In Hong Kong, Wayne worked for a prominent Singaporean investment fund that assisted institutional investors such as pension and endowment funds from the United States and Europe deploy capital in countries such as China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Australia. Prior to joining 606 Essex Chambers, Wayne spent eight years as the Managing Director and General Counsel for one of the largest real estate private equity funds in Taipei City.
