Anne Berrie focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters where she represents and counsels clients with respect to parenting, child support, spousal support, division of marital property and debt, and protection of persons matters. Anne represents clients in highly contentious divorce proceedings in the Supreme of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia, in private arbitrations, and in mediations and negotiations to reach amicable settlements out of court.

After being called to the bar in 1993, Anne focused her legal work on family law, wills, and conveyancing matters. While putting her law practice on hold to raise her son, Anne obtained a master’s degree in Criminology. Since returning to the practice of law, Anne has focused her practice on family law matters. Anne also serves the community by doing volunteer work through Access Pro Bono.
