Isaac E. Shieh primarily practices civil and commercial litigation. He represents clients in a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate matters, real estate disputes, and claims involving fraud and negligence. He has particular experience in complex fraud litigation, including securities fraud, corporate fraud, forgery, and misappropriation. Isaac regularly represents clients before regulatory and administrative tribunals, as well as at all levels of court in British Columbia.

Isaac has over a decade of legal experience in both Canada and the United States. In British Columbia, he practiced at the Vancouver office of a leading Western Canadian law firm, where he advised and represented a government regulatory agency in enforcement proceedings.

In the United States, Isaac served as a prosecutor with a state attorney general’s office in the organized crime bureau. In that role, he investigated and prosecuted large-scale criminal conspiracies, supervised wiretap operations, presented cases to state grand juries, and conducted jury trials.
